15 oz can pineapple chunks, undrained
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
10 oz. pkg shredded cabbage
2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned or an 11 oz. drained can of mandarin oranges
1 large apple, cut into small chunks (I use red delicious apples and leave the peeling on)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 c. juice. Whisk together reserved 1/3 c. pineapple juice, oil, vinegar, orange rind, celery seeds, and salt in a large bowl until well blended. Add pineapple chunks, cabbage, orange slices, and apples; toss gently. Cover and chill 8 hours.
