3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 cup sugar
½ t. salt
3 T. water
1 t. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1.Beat eggs and sugar until very thick.
2.Add water. Sift flour, salt and baking powder twice. Fold into egg batter.
3.Turn into shallow pan (I use a reg. Cookie sheet) lined with greased paper.
4.Bake about 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
5. Sprinkle a clean damp dishtowel with powdered sugar. Turn baked cake out on towel. Remove paper.
6.Spread with jelly, or canned pie filling, or flavored pudding, then roll from one side. It helps if the rolling is done while cake is still very warm and pliable. Sift again with powdered sugar.
