1 yellow cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple
4 eggs
½ c. cooking oil
1 large can mandarin oranges (juice and all)
Frosting:
1 large tub cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 reg. box of vanilla instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, eggs, cooking oil and mandarin oranges juice and all and blend well. Pour into greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20-30 mins. Check for doneness. Cool completely. Frost with 1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice and all) add 1 large carton cool whip and pudding mix.
Mix until smooth and frost cake. Should be refrigerated. Will keep several days in refrigerator. Easy and good.
