1 ½ lbs. ground meat
1/2 can Green Giant southwest or whole kernel corn
½ cup sliced baby carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp dry mustard
1 sm. can mushroom stems and pieces
¾ cup beef broth
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
3 cup of mashed potatoes, prepared in advance

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet with garlic, salt, pepper, carrots, mushroom pieces, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Once it is browned add flour, mixing it in well then add beef broth. Cook for one minute.
Remove from heat, add corn, and then place in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Top with potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese if desired.

Again, like so many things we make, this is a combination of many recipes. We add things we like, get rid of things I do not like. This is what we ended up with.
