¼ c. Dijon mustard
2 T. coarse-grained mustard
2 T. honey
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 pounds)

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375º. Spray 13" x 9" retangular pan with cooking spray. Dry chicken.
2. Mix mustards and honey. Spread on both sides of chicken. Place in pan.
3. Bake uncovered 25 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear.

This is a super easy chicken dish that's great for a weeknight dinner. While the chicken is baking, prepare a salad and vegetable - last time we had this, I cubed sweet potatoes and put them in the oven with the chicken. A great combo!
