Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup lard (or margarine)
1 egg
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients together with pastry blender. Roll out and cut into squares. Place cut up apples in centre of square, sprinkled with sugar and flour mixture. Pinch opposite corners of square together. Bake in a moderate oven until lightly golden brown.
