2 small onions
3-4 medium potatoes
Salt
Pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. rice (uncooked)
2 stalks of celery
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the bottom of a casserole dish. Slice the onion and place in the bottom of dish. Slice the potatoes over the onion and salt and pepper the potatoes. Crumble the ground beef over the potatoes. Sprinkle the rice over the meat. Dice the celery over the rice and pour the kidney beans over the celery. Spread the soup over the beans. Cover and bake for one and a half hours at 350º.
