3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup canola oil
(3/4 cup chopped pecans - optional)

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix together the first six (or seven) ingredients and set aside 1 cup. To the first mixture, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread into a well-greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with reserved mixture. Bake at 350º for 30-40 min.

Freezes well.
