12 slices whole wheat or regular day old bread cut in 1” cubes
2- 8 oz. Pkgs. cream cheese cut in 1"cubes
1-c. blueberries
12 beaten eggs
2-c. milk
1/3c. pancake syrup

Sauce:
1c. sugar
1-c. blueberries
2 T. corn syrup
1 T. butter
1c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Put half bread cubes in 9X13 greased pan to cover bottom, reserve the other half for the top.
Distribute cream cheese cubes evenly on bread.
Sprinkled blueberries over cheese. Cover berries with 2nd half of bread cubes.
Combine and pour over bread: 12 beaten eggs,
2-c. milk, 1/3 cup pancake syrup.
Cover and refrigerate over night. Remove 30 minutes before baking. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 more minutes until golden brown.
