2 ½ c. flour
pinch of salt
4 level tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine ( or ½ c. shortening)
1 1/4 c. sour milk
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp. soda,
¼ tsp. cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Using the pastry blender mix flour and shortening, add rest of dry ingredients and then wet ingredients. Combine lightly (careful to not over mix).
Roll out on lightly floured surface. Cut about 1 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 350 º for 20minutes.
