"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
To cook the shrimp:
1. Add olive oil, butter, and garlic to a skillet, and heat on medium heat
2. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, Tony's
3. Saute shrimp for about 10 minutes, flipping several times, until they are cooked thoroughly through. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp towards the end

To make salad dressing:
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and a little dijon mustard together
(I made my own vinegarette, but you can obviously use whatever type of dressing)

Compile Salad:
I used strawberries, blue cheese, and spinach leaves for my salad, then tossed with the dressing and topped with shrimp. I have also had a similar salad where they had little pieces of brie in it instead of blue cheese, and it was really good too
