1/2 C shortening
1 C sugar
2 eggs
3 over ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 C flour

Crumb Topping
1/3 C packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8-1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp of butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
2. Add mashed bananas
3. Mix Dry ingredients in seperate bowl.
4. Add banana mixture
5. Grease and flour bread pans, pour batter into pans
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
7. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 Tbsp of flour and cinnamon. Cut in 2 Tbsp of butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
8. Sprinkle mixture over Batter
9. Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 min or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
