"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 C warm Water
2 tsp butter melted
2 Tbsp sugar
3 1/3 C flour
1 tsp fo salt
1 pkg of active dry yeast or 2 1/2 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
1. Layer this in your bread machine in the order it is listed. Do not mix the water and flour. Layer the flour on top of the first ingredients.
2. Make a well in the flour (do not reach the water), sprinkle your salt around the outer edges of the flour up against the pan walls.
3. Pour the yeast into the well.
4. Set your bread machine on dough
5. Let the machine mix it, when the machine is done take the dough out punch it down and roll out on lightly floured surface and with a rolling pin roll our flat then form into a french loaf.
6. Cut slices diagonally across the top and place on a baking dish (I prefer stone)
7. Then spray saran wrap with cooking spray and lightly cover allow to rise for the next hour or until double in size.
8. Bake in a 350 degree oven that has not been preheated until lightly browned on top or thumped and sounds hollow. 30-45 min.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sometimes I add 1 Tbsp of italian seasoning and 1/2 C of parmesan cheesse in the beginning dough process, this gives it a more italian flavor.
