Ingredients: 1 Box of Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix 1 small package of instant vanilla pudding 1 small package of instant butterscotch pudding 1 C of water 1 C of vegetable oil 4 Eggs -------------- 1 C of chopped pecans 1 C of brown sugar 1 Tbsp of cinnamon

Directions:1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 2. Combine the first 6 ingredients together until smooth 3. Combine the next 3 ingredients in a separate bowl 4. Grease a 9X13 pan with Pam spray 5. Spread less than half of batter in bottom of the 9X13 in pan 6. Sprinkle a little less than half of the nut mixture over the batter 7. Spread remaining batter over the nut mixture. 8. Top with the remaining nut mixture. 9. Bake @ 350 degrees x 20 min, then turn rotate pan and turn your temp down to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 30 min or until done when checked with a knife. |
