1 (18 oz) pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
fresh fruit:blueberries, strawberries, mandarin orange sections, banana slices, seedless grapes, etc.
1/2 c orange, peach or apricot preserves
1 tbs water

Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. Line an ungreased 14 in pizza pan with cookie dough (cut in 1/8 slices and overlap) Bake 12 min. Remove from oven and cool.
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cookie dough. Arrange fruit over cheese layer. In small saucepan, over low heat, make a glaze by heating preserves and water. Brush glaze over fruit to prevent browning. Chill until ready to serve.
