1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c while granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 c flour
2 T instant expresso powder
1 tsp coffee liquor
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 c chocolate bits, separate

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Line an 11x13" pan with parchment paper making sure that it overlaps on two sides for each lifting. Butter the parchment paper.Whisk together flour, salt, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Whisk together sugars. In a large heavy saucepan melt the butter, chocolate and expresso powder over low heat whisking until combined and fairly smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in sugars. Add the coffee liquor. Let cool to lukewarm. Add the eggs one at a time whisking until smooth. Add the flour mixture and whisk. Add the 1 1/2 c of the chips and mix to incorporate. Bake approximately 30 min. Do no overbake. Remove from oven and sprinkle the other 1 1/2 c. of chips over the top. Cover with foil so that the chips will melt into the brownies. Make sure they are totally cool before trying to lift them from the pan. Place on a cutting board and cut into small squares.
