4 pork chops, trim off fat
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons low-fat milk
1/4 tablespoon black pepper
1 cup herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix
Non-stick spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray non-stick spray into 9 X13 inch baking pan. Stir together egg, milk and pepper. Dip pork chops into egg mixture, then cover with stuffing mix. Place pork chops into the pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops and bake for another 10 minutes, or until no pink remains in the meat and juices run clear.
