Directions:
Prepare turkey by removing "inners". Pat dry. Hook up cast iron burner and propane tank. Put turkey on 3 prong stand and put in pot. Add water till just covering turkey. Mark water level with black felt marker. Remove turkey and water and pat turkey dry. Dry pot and add oil to marked spot. Fire up burner, add thermometer and heat oil to 350º. Add turkey slowly and cook 3 1/2 minutes per lb.
