1 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp corn starch
salt

Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cook in double boiler for 30 minutes. Can be stored in jar in refridgerator.

Fill shells & bake for 20 minutes at 300º.
