2 Cups Sugar
4 Tbl. Cocoa
1 stick (1/4 lb)Margarine
1/2 Cup Milk


3 Cups Quick Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 4 ingredients together in a pan. Heat until boiling. Boil 2 min. Takes from burner. Quickly add the last 3 ingredients. Drop by spoon-fuls onto waxed paper and let cool.

I made hundreds of these cookies for our children to go in their school lunches, especially while we lived in Lowell, KS. If I didn't have cocoa, I put Maple Flavoring in them. They were both tasty and nutritious.
