Filling - mix thoroughly:
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup farmer cheese
1 cup goat cheese
1 cup feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt, if needed
1/2-1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 large eggs
You can combine any other cheese per you taste. Also you can add to this filling spinach.

Dough:
Buy two Phyllo dough or Canadian pastry dough. Allow it to defrost.

1. Preheat the oven to 395º.

2. Butter large baking sheet.

3. On a floured surface, roll out dough in size to cover baking sheet - one for bottom and one for top.

4. Place first on baking sheet. Cover with filling.

5. Put another one on the top. Fold the sides and corners.

6. Paint top with beaten egg and prick a few times with fork.

7. Bake for 40 minutes or until is brown.

This is from my Russian friend Marina. It is absolutely delicious! Marina uses Canadian Pastry Dough (which is puff pastry).
