½ cup softened margarine/ butter melted
1 box yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
1 box cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)
½ cup coconut
½ cup chopped walnuts*

Directions:
Directions:
Stir margarine/ butter and cake mix and one egg together; pat mixture into bottom of well greased 9 x 13” pan. Beat remaining 2 eggs with cream cheese and powdered sugar, then stir in coconut and nuts. Pour over crust mixture in pan, spreading evenly. Bake at 325 ºF for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into bars and serve—makes 3-4 dozen.
