Casserole:
3 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil, or bake, 2-3 whole sweet potatoes until soft. Remove 3 cups of sweet potato from the skin. Then, combine with the remaining casserole ingredients and pour into 9x13 baking dish. In a separate bowl, blend the Topping ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake in the oven at 375 F for 30 minutes.

This is one of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes from my aunt Kathy. It is so sweet that you might end up saving it for dessert!
