2 large portobello mushroom caps, stems removed
1/4 cup pizza or marinara sauce
sandwich pepperoni
mozzarella cheese
red hot pepper flakes and dried Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place mushroom caps gill side up on baking sheet. Drizzle with e.v.o.o. and bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees. Remove, season with salt and pepper, add sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella and return to hot oven for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with pepper and Italian seasoning
