2 bunches greens
1 vidalia onion
3 cloves of garlic
smoked ham-hock or jowl
cavenders seasoning
seasoned salt
4-5 T sugar
2-3 T rice
vinegar
water
1 can Ro-Tel mild
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse greens, cut across greens in 1'' strips. Toss bottom portion. In olive oil sate onion, garlic, and smoked hock (in stock pot). Then begin to add greens, stir and add all greens to cook down. Then add 1 cup water. AFter greens are all cooked down add Ro-Tel, vinegar , sugar, 1 T cavenders and seasoned salt to taste. Cook together on low--simmer for 20-30 minutes.
