1 quart milk
1 cup dry grits
1/2 lb butter
1 cup chopped or grated swiss cheese
1 tsp salt--pepper to taste
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and grit. Cook until thickened (I use microwave--stopping often to stir). Add cheese, butter, salt, and pepper to hot grits. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes o until brown and hot through.
