2 lbs frozen Orieta potatoes O'brien
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
1 1/2 crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes and 1/2 melted butter. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour in ungreased pan. Mix topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until lightly browned and bubbly.
