2 lbs (medium) Italian sausage
2 8 oz can tomatoes (Progresso)
2 cloves garlic
3 cans beef broth
1 1/2 cup red wine
1/2 tsp basil
3 tbsp parsley
2 medium sliced zucchini squash
1 medium chopped green pepper
5 oz bow tie noodles
grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Remove sausage from casing and brown. Add onion and garlic. Cook until limp. Add tomatoes, beef broth, and one can water, red wine, basil and parsley. Simmer for one hour. Refrigerate over night.

To serve: skim off fat. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables and noodles. Cook 20 minutes. Serve with grated cheese
