1 head lettuce
1 cup celery, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 10 oz pkg frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 cup green peppers, diced
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups mayo
2 t sugar
4 oz cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Place into a clear glass bowl. Layer ingredients in order given. Mix sugar and mayo together and spread over top and top with grated cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours. When ready to serve garnish with additional bacon.
