4c. of smooth peanut butter,

1/2 lb. butter,

2 tsp. vanilla,

6 c. of powdered sugar,

16 oz. bag of mini chocolate chips,

Directions:
Mix butter with electric mixer. Add peanut butter, beat; add vanilla and mix together, then add powdered sugar, beating well until thoroughly mixed. Add mini chocolate chips and mix well. Put mixture into a jelly roll pan; smooth it down until even. Refrigerate till cold; cut into 1" squares. Cover with Saran Wrap and freeze until hard. Take out of pan and place pieces in a flat dish, cover and store in freezer. Serve frozen.
