Chicken (cut up)
paprika
flour
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken pieces well and lay out on wax paper. Salt and pepper and slightly dust with paprika on one side only. Roll in flour (lightly cover).

Place heavy duty foil in baking dish large enough to hold all the chicken pieces. Spray foil well with cooking spray. Place floured chicken in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour and then turn each piece over and bake an additional 15 minutes more.
