4 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 cups of sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and cook through. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer chicken to platter and keep warm. Add mushrooms to skillet and cook until brown. Sprinkle mushrooms with flour stirring to blend. Add Marsala and broth. Bring to boil. Add chicken and cook until sauce thickens. Serve with noodles or rice.
