3/4 pkg Peppridge Farm dressing
2 lb squash, cooked and mashed
1 stick margarine
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 sm can water chestnuts (optional)
1 sm can of pimento
Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and mix with dressing mix. Mix other ingredients. Butter large casserole dish. Save enough buttered dressing to top of casserole. Bake @ 325º for 35 minutes.

Note: This casserole freezes well, and also makes several small casseroles if you don't want one big one.
