1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
1 pkg (7oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 2 t dried parsley
6 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Brown meat in a large skillet, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, 1 1/2 c. mozzarella, 2 Tbsp. parmesan, egg and parsley. Spoon 1 c. of meat sauce into bottom of the slow cooker, top with a layer of half of the noodles (broken to fit) then half of the cheese mixture.

Cover with 2 c. meat sauce, remaining noodles and the remaining cheese mixture. Cover with remaining meat sauce. Cover with lid. Cook on low for
4 hrs or until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan. Cover and let stand 10 minutes for cheese to melt.
