Ingredients:  
3 lbs. chicken (cubed).
2 tsp. salt.
1 small onion (peeled and sliced).
2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
3 tbsp. flour.
1 cup chicken stock.
1 small bay leaf.
1 1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves.
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper.
1 cup sour cream.

Directions:
Wash chicken and season with salt. Brown on all sides with onion in vegetable oil. Blend flour with some of the chicken stock and add to the chicken with the bay leaf. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes until chicken is tender. Add tarragon and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream over low heat. DO NOT BOIL.

Serve over pasta or rice.
