1 cup long grain rice
1 can beef consomme
1 can French onion soup
1 stick butter melted
1 can water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake 45 - 60 minutes.
