16 oz. Cool Whip Topping
8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
14 oz. Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
20 oz. Crushed Pineapple
Juice from 1 lemon
2 Graham Cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix Cool Whip, Cream Cheese, and Eagle Brand. Drain pineapple and add to mixture. Add lemon juice and pour 1/2 into one pie crust, and 1/2 into the other. Refrigerate

It doesn't cost a million dollars... but it sure tastes like it! The best word to describe this pie is: Rich. It's been passed down by the women in my family for three generations.
