1 stick butter
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 dash of salt
1 cup chopped pecans
12 tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and let cool. In a separate bowl add ingredients in order listed. Stir.

Blend in butter.

Pour into tart shells and bake at 375º for about 30 minutes or until brown and not jiggly.

You can make this in a regular pie shell, however, I prefer the individual serving size.

I have made these so often, and they are always a hit at tailgates and picnics.
