2 c Uncle Bens white rice
1 can French Onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c milk
1 can mushrooms
Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, French onion soup, beef broth, milk and mushrooms in casserole dish. Cut stick butter into sections and drop onto rice mixture. Bake covered at 350 for about 1 1/2 hrs. Stir after about an hour in oven.
