Oregano
Rosemary

Tarragon
Thyme

Dip in and out of boiling water. Dry, pack in small amounts in a plastic bag. Get as much air out of the bag as possible before sealing and freezing. Make sure you label the bag!

Fresh herbs taste so much better than dry. I like to experiment with herbs in my cooking so I try to have as much fresh or dried on hand as possible.
