Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni pasta
1/2 c. butter
1/2-1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. flour
5 c. milk
4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
bread crumbs, mixed with melted butter for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Butter a baking dish (approx 9x13). Melt butter in a medium size pan over med/high heat. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, and dry mustard, then cook until bubbly, about 1 minute. Gradually stir in all the milk and continue to cook and stir until the sauce simmers and thickens (this can take awhile and be careful to not let the milk burn). Stir in the cheese and continue stirring until melted and blended. Remove the sauce from the heat and mix with the cooked macaroni. Spoon into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
