1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 square melted butter


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients, add eggs, milk and melted butter. For crispy edges use small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet.
Serve with syrup, jam, fresh fruit and whipped cream, butter and powdered sugar.

One of our favorite ways to enjoy these is with a warm fruit sauce and whipping cream. I always triple this recipe for my family of 6.
