3 C. milk
2 eggs
3 TBSP. cornstarch
1 TBSP. flour
¾ C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cornstarch, flour, and sugar. Stir in the milk and beaten eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently. Bring to a full boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Comfort food from the farm where I grew up. Variations include adding toasted coconut or sliced bananas after the pudding has cooled.
