3 lb disjointed chicken wings
Vegetable oil (to deep fry)
1/4 lb butter
1/8 tsp garlic powder
8 oz cayenne pepper sauce

Blue Cheese Dressing:
8 oz sour cream
4 oz mayonnaise
4 oz crumbly blue cheese
1/8 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Deep-fry chicken @ 375º for 25 minutes; drain. In sauce pan, melt butter. Add pepper sauce and garlic powder. Put chicken in sauce until covered. Remove and place in serving dish. In another bowl, mix ingredients for dressing and keep refrigerated until serving.
