2-3 lbs. round steak
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
garlic powder to taste
cracked black powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cut up steak in oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer on low until tender. (about 2 hours or more)

Serve over rice.
