4 pork cutlets.
1 medium onion (chopped).
1 large or 2 small carrots (sliced).
salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion in a little vegetable oil until golden brown. Salt and pepper cutlets and dredge in flour. Place on top of onion and brown on both sides. Add about 2 tbsp. flour and cover with a good stock or hot water with bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 1 hour covered. Add carrots and let simmer until tender. Delicious served over rice, potatoes or dumplings.
