1 head lettuce
1 can light red kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. mild salsa
2 chopped tomatoes
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can black olives, sliced and drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lg bottle Kraft French dressing
1 pkg Doritos
Avocados, diced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; drain and mix with taco seasoning according to directions. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and put in very large (7 qt) salad bowl.
In another bowl, mix the drained can of kidney beans, salsa, tomatoes and olives. This mixture can be made up to 8 hours ahead and must be refrigerated. Crush the Doritos in the bag and combine the meat mixture, vegetable mixture, chips and lettuce together. Serve right away.
