1 lb ground beef
1 (16 oz) jar salsa, divided
2 c. (8oz) pkg shredded Colby, Monterey Jack cheese, divided
12 flour tortillas (6-8")
sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; drain. Stir in 1/2 C salsa and 1 C cheese. Spread 1/2 C salsa in bottom of 9x13" dish. Place 1/4 C meat mixture in tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down on salsa; top with remaining salsa and cheese. Bake @ 350º for 20-25 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
