2 Eggs, beaten
1 C. Cornflake crumbs
1/3 C. Ketchup
2 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. Dried Parsley Flakes
2 T. Dried Minced Onion
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
2 lb. Ground pork- NOT SAUSAGE

SAUCE:
1 Can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 C. Ketchup
3 T. Brown Sugar
1 T. Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add pork and mix well. Shape into 1 in. balls. Place in a 15-in. x 10-in x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven; drain on paper towels. In a large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, until cranberry sauce is melted. Add the meatballs and heat through.
