1 3/4 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 2/3 cups oil (canola)
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
2 tsp butter flavoring
2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking soda
3 cups oatmeal **
3 1/2 - 4 cups flour**
1 pkg milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together white sugar, brown sugar and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and butter flavoring. Mix well. Next add salt, soda, oatmeal and flour. Mix well and add chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfulls and bake at 350º for about 8 minutes (underbake a little).

**For people who do not like the texture of oatmeal, you can grind the oatmeal for a total of three cups of ground oatmeal; then decrease the amount of flour for proper consistency.
